Please bring your own gear to class. We recommend a yoga bag, mat, two blocks, a meditation cushion, a strap, water, and a towel. For the best experience, practice on an empty stomach, bladder, and colon. Bending, twisting, and going upside down can be uncomfortable otherwise, and it can affect your breathing, which is essential for a true yoga experience.
